Underground cable fault locator VM-510FFL + from Vivax Metrotech.
Locating the underground cable was made easier with the VM-510FFL + separate A-frame locator. Tracing and fault finding of the suspicious cable can now be performed using the VM-510FFL + and a compatible signal generator with FF (Fault Find) mode.

There is no longer a need for a separate utility locator. After connecting a compatible generator to the cable and turning it on in FF (Fault Find) mode, use the VM-510FFL + four easy-to-operate buttons to locate and stay on the cable route while pinpointing a sheath / insulation or ground fault.

The rugged A-frame antenna design includes a high-contrast LCD with automatic backlighting and a weather-resistant speaker for both visual and audio indicators. The lightweight carbon fiber material is suitable for continuous use with long cables to locate the line and pinpoint faults.

It is recommended to supplement the VM-510FFL+ with a compatible signal generator VM-560FF.Also compatible with Loc3-5Tx, Loc3-10Tx and Loc3-25Tx generators.
