Schmidt hammer ZC3-A from T-measurement.
Sclerometer / Schmidt hammer ZC3-A is designed for measuring the hardness of concrete in the range of 10 - 70 N/mm2 using the elastic rebound method.
The principle of operation of the Schmidt hammer is based on a standardized energy impact on the tested surface and measuring the height of the rebound stroke. Impact energy 2.207 Nm.
Using the measurement results and the three types of tables attached to the instructions: a= -90°, a=0° and a=90° and the technical data table of concrete grades, it is possible to determine the concrete grade with a 13.5% variation.
